When and Where

The Women's Group Therapy in Manhattan sessions run weekly for an hour from 6 PM - 7 PM EST and are currently being held virtually via secure video conferencing. This allows for convenience and flexibility, so you can join from the comfort of your own home or office. We understand that life can be busy and chaotic, so we understand if you can't make every session. However, we do encourage consistent attendance to get the most out of your therapy experience. Group therapy is most effective when members are committed and engaged in the process.
Our therapists also understand that group size is essential to creating a comfortable and supportive environment for our clients. That's why we keep our groups small, with no more than 8-10 members in each group.
