Navigating life after graduation

It’s normal to feel uncertain, and sometimes your friends or family may not fully understand. In our group, an experienced therapist will guide discussions, encourage peer support, and validate your experiences. You’ll have the chance to explore your feelings in a supportive, non-judgmental space and gain valuable insights from others in the same transition.

Joining our group will give you the opportunity to continue that growth and learn to prepare for your post-grad life. It also gives you a community where you are surrounded by peers who are also thinking, "Now what?" and "How do I balance it all?". Meaningful conversation is a big part of group work, but it's not all we offer. We also provide education on coping strategies and resilience building skills to help you thrive in your new chapter and beyond.

Your friends who have been certain from the start might not understand your doubts and concerns. Even your family who have been supportive of you through college might not get why you're feeling anxious about the future now. In group therapy, the group will be facilitated by an experienced therapist who will encourage peer support, normalize and validate what you are going through, and give open and honest feedback to all the members. You'll have the opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings in a non-judgmental space and gain insights from others who are also experiencing the same transition. It's a unique form of support that can provide immense comfort during this time of uncertainty.




THERE'S NO MANUAL FOR LIFE AFTER GRADUATION, AND NO TWO JOURNEYS ARE THE SAME. BUT HAVING A GROUP WHO UNDERSTANDS CAN HELP YOU DO MORE THAN JUST GET THROUGH THE UNCERTAINTY—YOU CAN ACTUALLY EMBRACE IT. 

You'll build a support network outside your college circle, strengthening self-esteem and confidence as you navigate the challenges of becoming a young professional.

The group will focus on common post-grad issues like finding a job, managing relationships, and adjusting to adulthood, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and find solutions together.

WHEN AND WHERE IS OUR GROUP THERAPY FOR post-grads?

  • Our Group Therapy for College Students sessions run weekly for an hour and are currently being held virtually via secure video conferencing. We want to make therapy as convenient and flexible as possible so that you can join sessions from the comfort of your home or office. 
  • Life gets busy, and we totally get that, so it’s okay if you can’t make every session. That said, showing up consistently is key to getting the best out of your therapy journey. Group therapy works best when everyone is engaged and committed to the process. 
  • We also believe that group size matters when it comes to creating a safe, supportive space. That’s why we keep our groups small—just 8-10 people max. This way, everyone gets plenty of time to share, connect, and feel heard in a meaningful way.
