BODY IMAGE, FOOD & GLP-1s

A virtual panel conversation with Manhattan Wellness eating disorder expert emily fiorelli, SayMore, and nutrition expert Paige Heiden

A conversation about body image, nutrition, GLP-1s, and learning to honor your body in a world constantly trying to shrink it.

Let's talk about the things we're all thinking about—but don't always know how to talk about.

GLP-1 medications have completely changed the conversation around weight, food, and our bodies. At the same time, we're living in a culture that constantly sends us messages about what our bodies should look like, what we should eat, and how we should feel about our bodies.

So... how do we actually navigate all of it?

How do we take care of our physical and mental health without getting caught up in diet culture? How can we build a healthy relationship with food and movement? And what do we do when the messages we're getting—from social media, friends, family, doctors, or even our own brains—feel impossible to escape?

Join Manhattan Wellness, saymore, and nutrition expert Paige Heiden for an honest, nuanced conversation about body image, nutrition, GLP-1s, eating disorders, and what it really means to feel at home in your body.

No judgment. No "perfect" answers. Just a conversation about the questions so many of us are asking.

WHAT TO EXPECT

This isn't a lecture or a webinar filled with slides.
We'll spend the first hour in a structured conversation with our panelists, digging into some of the biggest questions surrounding food, body image, nutrition, and GLP-1 medications.

Then, we'll open it up to you.
