"Just believe in yourself. Even if you don't, pretend that you do and, at some point, you will."
Sarah believes therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are—whether that means talking through a relationship that feels complicated, trying to figure out what you actually want, or admitting that you’re overwhelmed by everything happening at once. Warm, grounded, and genuinely curious, she has a way of making people feel comfortable quickly. She brings a thoughtful perspective to therapy, along with a sense of humor and a willingness to gently challenge you when it might help you see something differently.
Sarah works with women navigating anxiety, stress, relationships, self-esteem, life transitions, and the many questions that can arise as life starts to look different than you imagined. She is especially interested in helping clients who feel stuck, disconnected from themselves, or pulled between what they want and what they feel they should want. Whether you are navigating a new relationship, a breakup, changing careers, setting boundaries with family, questioning a major life decision, or simply trying to feel more like yourself again, Sarah offers a space to slow down, make sense of what is happening, and figure out what comes next.
With a clinical background in trauma-informed care, Sarah understands that our past experiences can shape the way we move through relationships, stress, intimacy, and the world around us. Her specialized training in Sexual Health & Education also allows her to thoughtfully explore topics that can sometimes feel difficult to talk about—including intimacy, sexuality, body image, relationships, and identity. Sarah approaches these conversations with openness, curiosity, and without judgment.
Sarah’s approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and practical. She draws from clinical training in evidence-based interventions and motivational interviewing to help clients better understand their patterns, develop healthier ways of coping, and make changes that feel realistic in their everyday lives. Sarah will listen when you need to vent, help you untangle something that feels complicated, and challenge you when you are ready to look at a situation from a different perspective. She brings creativity, empathy, and a calm presence to the therapy room, helping clients feel both supported and empowered as they navigate whatever chapter comes next.
