We understand that insurance can be a major consideration for many of our clients. That’s why we strive to make the process as straightforward as possible.
Like most private practices in New York City, Manhattan Wellness is an out-of-network provider. That means we don’t accept your insurance directly.
Unlike many other practices, we verify your coverage ahead of beginning sessions to ensure you understand your insurance benefits.
We also submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf. This makes your insurance reimbursement submissions simpler.
In our experience, most of our clients receive back between 60% to 80% of the cost of their sessions, after their deductible is met.

REIMBURSEMENT
WE ASSIST YOU ALONG THE WAY
PAYMENT Payment is due at the end of each session. Manhattan Wellness accepts all major credit cards as well as HSA/FSA cards. SUBMISSION The moment your credit card is charged, our office submits your session claim directly to your insurance provider.
REIMBURSEMENT Your insurance carrier will process your claim, just like they would for a medical claim. Once your out-of-network deductible is satisfied you will begin receiving reimbursement checks from your insurance provider.
