Executing a system for self-accountability and actual tools (downloads provided) to implement a plan. We provide students with a proven system they can use immediately to take them from overwhelmed to in control that they can apply to all areas of their lives.
Identifying the steps to healthy relationships and how to cultivate new friendships in an ever changing social landscape. We explore what makes relationships difficult or confusing with students and help increase communication and understanding.
