Elizabeth’s warm, charismatic, and approachable nature fosters an environment where connection and trust are quickly built. She brings together clinical expertise, genuine compassion, humor, and a nonjudgmental approach, aiming to provide high-quality care for her clients.

Elizabeth has experience providing individual and group therapy across different settings, such as private practice and school-based settings, working with diverse populations and age groups. She currently works with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, family and relationship challenges, life transitions, mood disorders, OCD, eating disorders, personality disorders, bipolar disorders, suicidal ideation, and other complex mental health concerns.

Elizabeth is particularly passionate about supporting young adults experiencing complex mental health concerns, recognizing that emotional struggles often intersect and rarely occur in isolation. She also enjoys helping clients navigate periods of transition, including changes in identity, career, health, and family dynamics. With a previous career in business and finance, Elizabeth brings a unique perspective to the pressures of high-achieving environments and career transitions.

Elizabeth believes every individual has the capacity for growth and healing. She is committed to helping clients cultivate hope, insight, confidence, and a life that feels meaningful, authentic, and aligned with their values.

Elizabeth's therapeutic approach is a blend of integrative, technical, compassionate, goal-oriented, creating a space where clients feel safe to be vulnerable, explore challenges, and feel confident they have a wide array of tools to help them in their unique lives. She tailors treatment to each client's unique strengths, needs, and goals, drawing from evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Together, Elizabeth and her clients work to strengthen emotional regulation, and build distress tolerance skills, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and cultivate greater self-awareness and insight towards lasting well-being.

Working out- Hot Sculpt, Pilates, Running, walking on the West Side Highway- or hanging out with friends and family. 

What do you do to de-stress? 

Making a daily/weekly to-do list, planning my workouts for the week, and getting a good night sleep
