Claudia creates a space that feels grounding, thoughtful, and genuinely supportive from the moment clients walk in. Her approach is warm, calming, and deeply relational, balancing empathy with honest conversation and practical support. Claudia believes therapy should feel like a place where you can exhale a little — where you do not have to perform, have all the answers, or hold everything together on your own.

Claudia works with clients navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. She is especially passionate about helping people better understand themselves, reconnect with their needs, and build lives that feel more balanced, intentional, and sustainable. Clients are often drawn to Claudia’s grounded presence, collaborative style, and ability to help them feel both supported and understood.

Before entering the clinical space, Claudia built a career focused on health education and community wellbeing at Hospital for Special Surgery, where she led large-scale wellness initiatives, educational programming, and digital mental and physical health content that reached millions of people. Her work centered around helping individuals feel more informed, supported, and connected to their overall wellbeing in ways that felt accessible and realistic.

Claudia works with clients navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. She is especially interested in helping people better understand themselves, reconnect with their needs, and create more balance in their daily lives. Claudia’s background in mindfulness and meditation also informs her work, allowing her to integrate grounding and self-awareness practices into sessions when helpful.

Her style is warm, collaborative, and calming while still being direct and intentional. Claudia values creating a space where clients feel comfortable being honest about what they’re carrying, while helping them build insight, emotional awareness, and practical tools they can use outside of therapy.
