  • Therapy is relational. Change doesn’t happen in a vacuum. The relational bond between you and your therapist, the trust, the attunement, sometimes can be more naturally fostered in person.

  • It’s okay to choose what feels right for you. We offer both in‑person and virtual options because everyone’s comfort, circumstances, needs are different. If being physically present feels more healing, we’re here for that. If you feel virtual therapy is best for you, we’re here for that too.
