Rachael knows that everyone’s story is different and unique so she doesn’t believe in the “one size fits all approach”. Her goal is to make therapy approachable, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. With extensive experience in couples and family therapy, residential treatment, outpatient programs, and crisis situations, as well as advanced studies in adolescent and teen therapy, Rachael brings a grounded, adaptable approach to helping individuals, families, and couples feel empowered and understood. No matter what brought you here, you’ll find a safe, supportive space where growth is possible.
