My morning typically beings with listening to some music as I move through my skincare routine and make my bed. Right after I make my Matcha to drink while I read or journal. These simple rituals help center me before the day unfolds.

To de-stress I typically try to get movement in. Any sort of exercise like pilates, yoga, running, or walking helps me to relive some of the physical symptoms of stress so I can feel more calm.
What do you do to de-stress?
I create daily and weekly to-do lists that provide structure and help maintain my motivation throughout the week. Sundays are dedicated to refreshing my space, creating a clean environment that naturally enhances my productivity. This combination of organized planning and a tidy workspace sets the foundation for a successful week ahead.
How do you set yourself up for a successful week?
My favorite place I travel to frequently is SouthEast Asia! I spent lots of time with my family in the Philippines soaking in the sun at the beautiful beaches and visiting friends in Hong Kong exploring the city.
