Madeline offers a warm and compassionate presence that will instantly make you exhale a sigh of relief upon entering each session. Her positive, supportive and engaging personality offers a safe space where her clients feel both comforted and supported no matter how big the obstacle faced may be. 

Madeline values deep connections and is the type of therapist that will sit with you through every high and low– no topic or moment is off limits with her. She describes herself as the kind of person who values sitting with you in quieter moments just as much as the brighter ones. Her positive humanistic approach allows her clients to show up as they are, allowing them to find their self-worth and value through a strengths perspective. Madeline knows firsthand that everyone comes with different experiences, life challenges, and obstacles, all of which shape us into our own unique selves. She values the ability to support each and every individual client in differing ways that best meets their needs. Vulnerability can be scary and change takes time, but with Madeline you don’t have to face it alone, she understands the struggle and will walk alongside you as you navigate it.

Madeline believes that all of the experiences and obstacles we as people go through shape us into a stronger human being. She aims to meet the client where they are at while utilizing a humanistic approach and a strengths perspective to develop a deeper understanding of her clients. Clients often share that meeting with Madeline feels natural and reassuring, that they can show up just as they are. She fosters a space where no comment, story, or emotion is ever judged or too much, but rather valued, supported, and comforted.

Madeline has experience working with clients on their body image, self esteem, grief and loss, life transitions, dating and relationships, depression and anxiety. Madeline will be your safe space to guide you through it and be there every step of the way.

Where is your happy place?

Be a fly on the wall or invisible! I have always wanted to be able to look into different places without actually being there

If you could have any superpower what would it be?

Wake up early, sit in a sunny spot in my room for 10 minutes with coffee (!!!), go for a walk/some sort of movement, make a big yogurt bowl with lots of fruit and granola, and then seize the day :)

Morning routine

Call my family or friends, binge a good mindless comfort show, go for a walk on the river, get a relaxing mani + pedi and sit in the massage chair for a while!

What do you do to de-stress? 

Sundays are always my go to meal prep and reset days-- cleaning my apartment, organizing and refreshing things and prepping meals to make it easier for the week = my type of serotonin!

How do you set yourself up for a successful week? 

A tough one to choose but probably the Maldives and Dubai are tied for my two favorite places! Both the coolest and prettiest countries I have ever seen

Favorite place you have traveled

Pilates and barre classes (non-heated), meal prepping and home cooking, sweet treat after dinner (always), watching re-run shows + movies over and over
