Jessica brings a collaborative, goal oriented approach to therapy. No matter how big or small a challenge may be, Jessica helps clients gain more insight into themselves and harness their strengths to move past obstacles with resilience and confidence.

Clients appreciate Jessica's ability to remember even the smallest details about their lives and after each session they leave feeling empowered with how they want to take on their week. Jessica makes therapy a truly collaborative effort, which leads to lasting change.

Prior to becoming a therapist, Jessica worked in both the finance and beauty  industries. This experience has provided her with valuable insights into guiding individuals in identifying, nurturing, and attaining their dream careers. It also helped her gain firsthand insight into the challenges young professionals face in their day to day lives. 

This unique industry experience has proven to be beneficial for Jessica, as many clients have expressed that they appreciate working with a therapist who intuitively understands the stresses of the working world.

Jessica brings a humanistic, strengths- based approach to therapy. She views each client as the expert in their own experience and collaborates with them on a customized approach to move closer to their goals. 

Jessica strongly believes in breaking down big challenges to both reduce overwhelm and help identify what small, practical steps you can take towards the life you’ve always dreamed of.    

Together you'll achieve meaningful and lasting change by transforming negative thought patterns and behaviors, deconstructing and reframing negative core beliefs, and applying powerful coping tools.

Jessica is experienced in supporting clients with anxiety, depression, self esteem, relationship challenges and body image. She brings a special passion for supporting clients undergoing life transitions, experiencing career challenges and navigating pregnancy and new motherhood. She draws on a variety of therapeutic modalities in her work including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Based Techniques. 

Jessica is dedicated to ensuring clients leave her sessions feeling deeply understood and well equipped to make changes towards building a life that fulfills them. She will always be there to support your big wins, help you cope during your low points and everything else in between.
