Jessica is passionate about helping clients work through struggles and coming up with goals to make a healthier version of oneself. The goal setting approach is helpful in realizing not everything has to be perfect or done all at once, there is a process no matter how big or small the goal is. She will help clients be confident and be the version of themselves they are proud to be, not the version they think they should be due to outside forces.
Jessica also likes to work in a Cognitive Behavioral approach working towards setting goals and helping to reframe clients thoughts so their actions follow suit. She also likes to use a psychodynamic approach and she feels as if everyone has a story, but the way you tell it is most important.
She is excited to celebrate the wins that her clients work towards and is there for them every step of the way making sure they are not alone.
