Radiating compassion and warmth, Emma is able to create an inviting, judgment-free space where her clients instantly feel comfortable opening up and sharing their truth. Her dedication to her clients results in strong, long-lasting relationships built on trust and understanding. Clients have been known to appreciate Emma for her calm demeanor, bubbly personality, and vibrant energy.

Outside of session, Emma leads an active lifestyle, especially through her love for sports. She brings a team player mentality into each session through collaboration, positive reinforcement, and open communication. In working with her, clients feel empowered to take on any obstacle that may be getting in their way. 

With Emma, vulnerability is not only encouraged, but celebrated as a courageous stride towards self-love and acceptance. Emma knows that personal growth doesn’t always come easy, and often the healthiest decisions are the hardest ones to make. She believes that with the right support and resources, everyone has the ability to become the person they’ve always dreamed of being.

Emma recognizes that at times it can be hard to pinpoint the crux of a problem in order to find a solution; which may lead to feeling defeated, frustrated, or even doubtful. She helps her clients break down these challenges to reduce feeling overwhelmed. During moments of emotional distress, Emma provides rational, grounded thinking that allows clients to work through their situation with clarity and self-assurance. 

Drawing upon her various experiences within the mental health field, Emma utilizes multiple therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution focused therapy. This encompasses everything from uncovering and altering maladaptive patterns of behavior and thinking, learning to set attainable goals (and reach them), developing the tools to build and maintain healthy interpersonal relationships, and more.

Emma aims to support clients in establishing a stronger and more positive sense of self. She explores her clients’ current self view that can be limiting their self-esteem and challenges them to reframe their thinking through a new lens. Clients report leaving sessions with a greater understanding of who they are; feeling more confident and fulfilled by their lives and interactions with the world around them.

Where is your happy place?

Teleportation- I'm a huge traveler, love to experience the world and different cultures, and have friends all around the globe. Teleportation would make it a lot easier to spend quality time with the people I love.

If you could have any superpower what would it be?

Morning walk along the water listening to the podcast or audiobook of the day


Morning routine

In order to de-stress I really value moving my body. Whether it be a fun pickle ball match, a long walk, or a challenging workout class- movement helps me to re-center my thoughts and reconnect with my body

What do you do to de-stress? 

Sunday night I time block my upcoming week; being mindful of balance and leaving room for flexibility/spontaneity

How do you set yourself up for a successful week? 

Italy- It was the perfect mix of delicious food, beautiful vineyards, incredible architecture, and a rich cultural history. Eat, Sleep, Explore, Repeat!
