She believes that vulnerability is the cornerstone for positive change and self-acceptance, and a willingness to be vulnerable can lead to a greater sense of self-awareness and more meaningful connections.
Andie works closely with all clients to help them recognize the impact of their unique journeys, lean into their ability to be vulnerable in sessions and embrace their therapeutic journey.
Andie’s prior experience in foster care has helped her understand the importance of understanding a patient’s life contexts and experiences to deliver effective care and promote a culture of safety, empowerment and healing.
Drawing from therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Solution-Focused Therapy, Andie teaches clients how to reframe maladaptive patterns of behavior and thought. She works collaboratively with them toward setting and achieving realistic goals as part of their therapy journey.

Where is your happy place?
If you could have any superpower what would it be?
I am a multiple alarm type of girl (like at least 5 lol). Once I get up I do my skin care routine which always gets me in a good mood and feeling refreshed for the day. I have never really been much of a coffee person, until recently, and I am starting to love it!

What do you do to de-stress?
I love planning my week with my phone's calendar or computer stickies. It's crucial for me to see everything I need to do. Every week, I add 2-3 things that "fill my cup," like visiting the gym, getting my nails done, or exploring vintage shops. These activities make me feel happier and more grounded.

I almost always have an herbal tea before bed, I love taking cold showers, and for some reason I more often than not wear mismatched socks (I don't know why but have been doing this since I am a kid).
