I am a multiple alarm type of girl (like at least 5 lol). Once I get up I do my skin care routine which always gets me in a good mood and feeling refreshed for the day. I have never really been much of a coffee person, until recently, and I am starting to love it!

What do you do to de-stress?
I love planning my week with my phone's calendar or computer stickies. It's crucial for me to see everything I need to do. Every week, I add 2-3 things that "fill my cup," like visiting the gym, getting my nails done, or exploring vintage shops. These activities make me feel happier and more grounded.
How do you set yourself up for a successful week?

I almost always have an herbal tea before bed, I love taking cold showers, and for some reason I more often than not wear mismatched socks (I don't know why but have been doing this since I am a kid).
