I make myself a matcha latte and do some reading on days when I have a little extra time. Mostly, I’m hitting the snooze button.

What do you do to de-stress?
I choose three easy dinner meals to rotate to avoid mealtime stress, and plan at least one self-care event to look forward to throughout the week (ex: getting together with friends, taking myself to a movie, or visiting a bookstore).
