Stefanie’s approach to therapy is client-centered, meeting each client wherever they may be on their self-growth journey. She has experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, self-doubt, relationship issues, and life transitions. With the understanding that each individual has their own set of challenges, she develops an individualized plan to meet each of their unique needs and goals. Her approach is integrative as she draws on techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness.

If you could have any superpower what would it be?
I love going to a pilates class in the morning when I can, but my days always start with at least a short walk and a big coffee.
I love to paint to de-stress whenever I can- I love making big abstract pieces.
What do you do to de-stress?
I like to outline my schedule for the week, including my workouts, plans with friends, and groceries! I also like to clean my apartment and do laundry on Sundays to start the week fresh.
