It also helped her gain firsthand insight into the challenges young professionals face in their day to day lives.

Making a fresh cup of coffee, toddler yoga with my daughter and walking my dog
Getting outside and going for a walk. Even if it is just up and down my block, I find getting my body moving and a small change of scenery to be calming.
What do you do to de-stress?
Meal prepping! Knowing that I have meals already prepared in the freezer takes stress off my plate throughout the week.
