all about danielle

Danielle brings a warm and caring presence into the therapy space, creating an environment where her clients feel safe, understood, and at ease from their very first session. She is deeply empathetic, an active listener, and highly attuned to the emotional experiences her clients bring into the room. Clients often share that they feel an immediate sense of comfort with Danielle, describing her as grounding and easy to talk to, even when discussing difficult or vulnerable topics.

Danielle understands that vulnerability can feel intimidating and that making changes, especially during times of uncertainty, transition, or emotional overwhelm is not easy. Her approach is humanistic and interpersonal, meaning she values authenticity, genuine connection, and meeting clients exactly where they are.

Danielle’s clinical work has been shaped by her experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, self-doubt, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Her background has strengthened her ability to sit with complex emotions while also helping clients find clarity, direction, and hope. Danielle is deeply committed to helping clients reconnect with their strengths and move forward feeling more confident and in control of their lives.

how she works

Danielle believes therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating. She works closely with clients to uncover mental and emotional barriers that may be holding them back, while also focusing on goal-setting and practical change. Therapy with Danielle is not only about insight, but also about learning how to apply that and use those tools in everyday life.

Coming from a hospital setting, Danielle has extensive experience with individuals navigating complex, emotionally intense, and uncertain situations. Danielle has supported individuals navigating grief and loss and recognizes that grief can show up in many forms, whether related to the loss of a loved one, illness, identity shifts, and letting go of things that once felt certain. She creates a space for it to be explored with compassion, patience, and care.

Danielle’s clinical style incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in a way that feels flexible and human rather than rigid or clinical. Together, Danielle and her clients gently explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical tools that can be used outside of sessions. She enjoys working with individuals navigating anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, life-transitions, and loss, especially those who are ready to feel more grounded, confident, and in control of their lives.

Danielle strives to create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood, so meaningful change can happen at a pace that feels right for them.
Together, Danielle and her clients work toward getting to a place of greater clarity, self-trust, and emotional strength. If you’re looking for a therapist who is warm, comforting, and genuinely invested in helping you feel understood and supported, Danielle would be honored to work with you.
